All Deposits, Group and customized trips are nonrefundable and non-transferable. Refunds for an individual trips will be based on our terms and conditions policy. All clients must accept our Terms & Conditions policy prior to us accepting their reservation. We highly recommend that clients purchase travel insurance to protect their travel investment.

Yes, on most packages we do offer payments. They are due monthly and normally allow you to submit payments up until 45 days before travel depending on the vendor.

You submit a payment via your invoice, Zelle or PayPal depending on how your trip is setup. Please note that there is a 4.5% transactions fee for all payments made through electronic portals.

Yes, you can make reservations on any event at any time, as long as the reservations are still open. You will need to make the first deposit, and then make monthly payments each month. You may need to double up on monthly payments to catch up.

Once you make your reservation, you will receive an invoice via email. Your invoice will include your monthly payment plan. It is your responsibility to make monthly payments to your account.

If you need to cancel your vacation you will have to submit a trip cancellation request in writing. Please note that Refunds will be contingent based on the terms of your trip.

Insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment. If you do not purchase insurance with Singh Tours Int’l, you are required to sign a waiver stating that you decline trip insurance.

Travel documents and itineraries are sent to each client 5-10 days before the trip via email.

Yes. Vacation planning involves a great deal of time and work. We will research all suppliers to find you the best deal to fit your lifestyle. We will work with you to meet your travel needs and requirements. To perform the professional services required to start your travel planning, a consultation fee is required. The consultation fee is non-refundable & non-transferable. This fee is separate from the total cost of the trip and must be paid prior to any travel planning, research, booking or additional consulting services commencing. The fee entitles you to a combination of three (3) proposals (i.e., three destinations and no revisions, one destination and two revisions, two destinations and a revision of one, etc.). Your customized proposal will be emailed to you by 12-48 hours for the Caribbean, Mexico, and cruises. Customized international quotes could take up to 4-7 days, and group international quotes could take up to 7-10 days. Travel must be booked within 30 days of the proposal, or a new fee may be assessed. No exceptions will be made. All vacations arranged through Singh Tours Int’l offers you freedom from the travel planning process, as well as 24/7 support during travel through the return trip home.
